Brad Krawczyk is the founder of What's Next? Advisors and brings 20 years of experience delivering complex technology implementations in the insurance and risk management space.

He has led large-scale RMIS and PAS engagements at both the vendor and client side, working directly with carriers, TPAs, risk pools, and self-insured organizations. His background spans hands-on technical delivery, enterprise client relationships, and building the systems and processes that make implementations actually work.
